Sarah started growing microgreens because  needed them for her own health. Several years ago she was diagnosed with several chronic and debilitating autoimmune disorders and they were completely destroying her health and her life.

Through research of how to combat these illnesses, she came across studies about how microgreens and sprouts can help the body. Some of the things she learned are downright astounding!
