Even within our staff, only people who need to know information (such as your address for a delivery person) get to know. Outside of that, we want other people to respect our privacy and we respect yours.  

If you are at all unsatisfied with your product, please contact us at atascocitamicrogreens@gmail.com or 281-968-2850 right away. 

We provide prompt refunds for microgreens that do not meet our high standards for quality and delivery. If you receive an order that is spoiled, damaged, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please take a photo and contact us right away. 

We do not provide refunds for microgreens that were ordered by mistake or for reasons not related to product quality or delivery.
