Pea Shoots

These taste best in salads. They add a nice flavor and a crisp texture to any plate of greens. They can also be used as a great substitute for any place you might use wilted spinach greens – such as in a stir fry. Delicious! You get 100 grams per pack (about 3.5 ounces) which is enough to add great flavor and texture to 3-4 salads or other dishes.
