This is a mix of sprouts from red lentils, greens lentils, chickpeas, and peas. It packs a lot of protein in a slightly crunchy, slightly sweet mix. Eat these raw (rinse first) or put them into your healthy sandwich, wrap, or salad. They pack a powerful protein punch in a small package. Each pack has about 2.5 ounces which is enough sprouts to put into 2-3 sandwiches or salads. We do require at least a week’s notice to grow these for you.
