Use Your Microgreens in Every Meal!

Don’t be bashful about using your microgreens! They can be added to many meals that you already eat. Add them to just about ANY burger, sandwich, or wrap. If you prepare a soup, put a few microgreens on top for a garnish. 

There are some specific recipes for using microgreens below, but don’t limit yourself! You can even think of them like a spice or herb – something that you add to every meal to add flavor and depth. A little goes a long way, but add as many micros as you want. The nutrition profile alone makes it worth it. The great taste and texture is icing on the cake.

Sulforaphane, found in broccoli and broccoli microgreens, has been shown to inhibit breast cancer stem cells. Many studies have shown the protective effect this dietary component has against breast and other cancers. Eat your broccoli microgreens!
